Maharana Partap Institute of Technology and Management, Dhanaunda is a co-educational technological institute established and managed by Indian Computer Education Society. the College has been approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, Ministry of HRD Govt. of India Directorate of Technical Education, Haryana and affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

The College is located near to NCS, New Delhi. The Institute is situated on Kanina - Charkhi Dadri Road at Village Dhanaunda in Distt. Mohindergarh, Haryana. It is at a distance of 40 Kms from Rewari and 40 Kms from Narnaul, District Headquarter and 35 Kms from Charkhi Dadri and 325 Kms from Chandigarh, The State Capital and 120 Kms from Delhi, It is well connected by Road and train. The nearest railway stations are Kanina and Mohindergarh.

The location of Institute is very beautiful. Green fields of food grains, trees, flower, simple and innocent villagers comprise the main characteristics, the campus is well laid with state art building. Different teaching Blocks of different departments are there.

Hostel facility is available, and provides homely atmosphere to the students. The hostels is equipped with all necessary facilities like internet and indoor games.

Since inception the Institution has constantly worked towards raising the academic standards. In pursuit to offer the best technical infrastructure and skills to the budding Technical & Management Graduates, the Institution has grown technically sound with state-of-the-art laboratories with hi-tech equipments and best infrastructure for academics and research. The aim of MPITM is to develop a globally adaptable professionals with social sensitivity. Today's managers and engineers need applicable knowledge and skills to navigate their organization through an ever-changing and dynamic environment. We not only concentrate on knowledge increment but also in spiritual, social and personal development. Thus we make Managers and Engineers and not a mere degree/diploma holder.

The MPITM is committed to provide an excellent environment to prepare our next generation for facing the challenges of life gallantly. The Institute , first of its kind in M. Garh, hopes to meet the aspirations of the people of this area. The basic purpose of the institute is to make children civilized and respectful citizens. Also, we are to develop human resource having excellence in every walk of life.

Stunning achievements and advances in the field of Science & Technology during recent years have changed the entire scenario. Eventually, the role of education has also changed to great extent. We have to keep pace with the changes happening around us. Now-a-days education is to maintain a delicate balance among our traditional values, culture and the latest scientific and technological developments. Education has to be made relevant to the modern time. However, mere acquisition of knowledge without wisdom to use it judiciously may lead us nowhere.
